Every kratom shipment will be eligible for Free Shipping. Depending on the order size, shipping will be via USPS First-Class Mail, Flat Rate Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or FedEx Ground. If you select “Free Shipping” during the checkout process, we will notify you via the email address provided during checkout whether the shipment is coming from USPS or FedEx.

• Orders are shipped ON THE SAME BUSINESS DAY if placed by 2:00 PM Eastern!
• All shipments are coming from our distribution center in Florida. (San Antonio, FL)
• All shipments under $50 are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, unless a different method is selected at checkout.
• All shipments over $50 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless a different method is selected at checkout.
• We cannot ship to the following states: WI, IN, RI, VT, AR, or AL
  
• We also cannot ship to any County or City that has banned kratom.
